Omega 3

Let us know how you get on, most the the commercial ones are not very high in Omega 3 (about 30%) so you are taking in a lot of other stuff. You can get higher concentrations but the price goes up of course.
 
I have read that farmed Salmon has more Omega 3 than wild salmon (because it stores more fat because it doesn't exercise enough). and while farmed has less mercury than wild it does have higher levels of other chemicals (like PCBs). Hay Ho.
P.S. the Omega 3 in plants has to be processed by the body to turn it into the Omega 3 in fish and thus is not supposed to be as good for you.
