WELSH health workers have shed a total of 118 stone thanks to an Olympics inspired health kick.
The Champions for Health drive has struck such a chord with staff right across the NHS that it has helped them to get fitter and trimmer.
A total of 157 people reported weight loss with the highest losing 3 stone 7lbs ? overall 118 stone was lost during the campaign.
Their 332 staff achieved a combined total of 3,600 weeks of exercising 150 minutes or more.
