i feel like a old crock today . My back is playing up and my knee is so painful Its my birthday in the week and i feel old. Sorry moan over

Hello grumpy old woman 😉 @gail2 you are not alone, my back is playing up today as well and I still have to take the dogs out. To be fair, they take me out and pull like crazy, so that wont help my back at all.

On a good note, Saturday is my lazy day when I watch football and do little else :D

Have you tried a tens machine, got one for my back and it’s brilliant. Was going to see someone with it every 2 weeks, not been in nearly a year since got tens machine, sure you can use on knee as well
