Are you thinking of the yoghurt with honey already in it or are you going to add your own? If it has the honey already in it, look at the label and see how much is there and what percent it is. A few strawberries are usually OK and so are some nuts. There is enough fat in there to keep your blood glucose from going too high too quickly. Obviously if you were going to put your own honey in you will be able to judge what should be enough for you. If you are not trying to lose weight, then if you enjoy why not (in my opinion) and adjust your insulin accordingly. If you have not had this before it might be a good idea to write it all down, including tests before, 1 hour after, 2 hours after and maybe even 3. See how you react to it. You might find it is fine for you or not (excluding the natural erratic ism of BG and diabetes).
