I'm on 10mg of Atorvastatin, which the doc is keen for me to continue. I must admit I get a bit :confused: by all the arguments for and against statins...
I'm on a statin, I'm far from anti statin. I also think they are good for the microvascular system.
It's just that your LDL is low. trig and HDL brilliant and perhaps the high HDL is skewing your total cholesterol of 3.7 ? I think 3.5 in a minimum. If it was me, I'd like my LDL to be higher than my HDL and your good HDL 1.9. On low carb, I need LDL to carry the fats/trigs/cholesterol

I would talk with your Dr. perhaps 5mg will be enough? I would also get a print out of your blood test and look at the other markers from the video.
