Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1.5 LADA
I have an infection fir which I am on antibiotics.
At first my BGs were good but today and yesterday it seems the DF has flown in and switched my Novorapid for water.
Well I actually ally noticed it three days ago but it was not so bad.
I have upped my Basal from 10 to 15 u now and literally doubled my Novorapid units . I had a small but higher carb dinner around 5pm as it was easy to do Mash, cheese and beans , total of 20 carbs , whacked in 10 units as my BGs were at 10
Just done a scan and now it’s decided to start taking off again lol .
I know it’s not really high considering but I feel rough enough when I am in the 9s

Aargh, @Ljc , how frustrating. I hate it when that happens, and I daren’t correct too much because I know I'll crash as soon as I start feeling better. Hope you’re back to normal soon!
