Much later than usual, as I stood to make my dinner, my legs buckled.

3.6

Not very low, but I felt rough. I have not been that low for months.

Just gave myself a wee fright - phew!

Hope you are feeling better soon Hazel, it can feel much worse when it's not happened for a long time 🙂

Hope everything back to normal now 🙂

Hope you feel better now and have got over the shock.....it's horrible when your legs go strange because of a hypo

Hope you're feeling better now Hazel and you haven't suffered with a hypo hangover!

Hazel,

Hi hope your feeling ok how have things been with your BG,x

Steff, how kind you, and everyone has been.

Thank you for asking, much better. I find I need to eat at regular times, and by doing that I am less likely to hypo.

I am trying to get back to better readings by writing down what I am eating, really going back to basics.

Well I was not allowed to say what I really wanted to say, or else the moderators would come down hard and heavy
