Relationship to Diabetes

i aint been on for a while but im doin ok still not on meds for a type 2 and hoping i get a another year before that hapens,,,,i am having some exercise of badmington and ssquash when i can but not regular as the work dont permit....eating not abad diet and keeping under the 7s most nights and feeling good after a year of diagnosis....is this normal fellow d,s or should i b doin more to get lower numbers...after workout im gettin 4.7s not rissing to 7 after eating 2 hours after evening meal....i dont know there r so many different things that u all say..
 
Sounds to me like you are doing really well! 🙂 Have you had an HbA1c done recently?
 
sounds lijke you are doing well, so no need to change anything unless advised by doctor.

sorry for late reply..yes a few months ago i got 6.4..i cant seem to get my waking levels any lower than 6.1...Any ideas..
