Oh dear. PCT Staff fighting.

NHS Managers have said they are baffled by fighting, violence and bullying amongst staff, in the latest evidence of the intense pressure on PCT staff facing possible redundancy.

Terrible Having worked for a company that got taken over in a hostile takeover, then made huge numbers of staff redundant I can certainly sympathise with the rock-bottom morale, but it shouldn't ever lead to violence and bullying - they are supposed to be grown-ups, after all

Some managers are just so out of touch with reality it's not true. People are worried about their jobs and will fight for them in whatever way they can.

The firm I work for is giving people voluntary redundancy and has just launched a staff survey. The chief executive team is wondering why there have been so many negative responses to it...
