...which is always fun 🙂 also going to see the Doctor about my ankle still not heard anything from the hospital. although the leg is hurting less so i assume its healing :D

well that wasnt that successful - HbA1c still at 10.1, and increase in Glic to 160 x 2 a day. weight going up and up even though i eat less and less.

ho hum!!

Ah, sorry to hear that Simon :( I hope the increase in meds helps to bring your levels down. I guess that with the problems with your ankle/foot, it's hard to get up and about much. Did you get any useful advice apart from increasing your meds?
 
sadly not :( i think i'm going to have to try and do something about my weight maybe stop eating stones 😉 she said the increase in glic should help but i'm really thinking that tablets dont seem to help. my HbA1c has gone down from 12 (or 13) to this but its taken 2 years :(
