Oat milk?

Hi, Interesting to read the comments on the different types of milk available. I cannot stand soy, coconut or almond milks, and not too keen on oat milk, though until recently was having oat milk, but found it did send up my BG readings. I've very recently come across a milk made from peas, which I really like, it's called Sproud. It does not have a strong taste like some of the other plant milks and does not send up my BG readings, but it costs round about £2 a carton. Worth a try.
