Hello All

I haven't been around for a while i thought i was in control how foolish I have been. Over time i think my bad habits have returned I stopped testing, and although I exercise more than i did before diagnosis even that has been slipping.

Over the last month i have found that I sometimes feel sleepy after my meal, suffered with Thrush, found myself drinking more and have now an eye infection.

Enough is enough i have been to Boots this afternoon and bought myself a new testing kit. So tomorrow morning I am testing myself and am back off to the gym and weight watchers .......... Wish me luck.

Dread to think what my levels are going to be.

Sheilagh, well done on making some positive steps forward 🙂 Don't berate yourself for slipping, just make sure you do the best you can from now on to make up for it - good luck! 🙂

Hi Sheilagh, you're where I was in April 2012. Once you get your diet/exercise regime back on track, I'm sure you will feel miles better. Good luck! 🙂

Good luck and well done for taking control again🙂
