he he nuts I may be 😉 ... I was getting tired of just eating walnuts so yesterday I purchased a variety of nuts in smaller packets, walnuts, pistachio kernels, cashews and pine nuts. This lead me to investigating the nutrients in each nut.

Reading the downloaded book mentioned in (another post) this morning, reminded me Nuts contain Omega 3 important as anti inflammatory for the body. Food type containing the 3 Essential Fatty acids ( ALA, DHA and EPA) are mentioned in the link below - these provide good nutrients for the body and incorporating them in our diet if we don't already consume enough.
