As my daughter is vegan I take an interest in vegan recipes and notice that they use nutritional yeast to add flavour to food. One site I read said it's low carb and good for blood sugar, but don't think it was talking about diabetics specifically, just stopping highs/lows for non diabetics.

So has any T2 who follow a low carb diet tried it and thoughts on it?

I just know I love it! I sprinkle it on roasted veg and it's delicious. It is part of my daily diet. Have you tried it?
