I'm thinking of investing in some nutritional scales - you know, the kind of scales where you weigh the food, tell the scales what it is you're weighing and they tell you the carb count.

Are these worth it, or am I better off getting just a regular pair of kitchen scales and doing the maths?

Do the maths. it's quicker 🙂 Also some scales are none to accurate with their carb values, seems they do not have to be due to them not being medical 🙄
