I've just got this as an early Christmas Present, check it out on Amazon and You tube. Its a great aid to measure carbs, fats, sugars. I didn't know this existed but so glad to have it, makes measuring carbs easy.

A booklet comes with it with all the codes for food types - Merry Christmas - although I am probably not going to weight some things 😉 :D<3😛

Be careful of what it tells you for the Carbohydrates as FIBER is spelt the American way so may be included in the Carbs whereas in the UK the FIBRE has already been deducted. So as long as you are aware of that it could be a useful device.
