Are there any type 1 diabetics who use the NutraCheck app for carbohydrate values only and not for the weight part of the app? What do you think of it?

I use the app based in the UK, and it really great and accurate.
Also have a wide range of takeaway and restaurants, plus scan barcodes, and finds the product 99% of the time.

I think it's brilliant! Suits my way of eating far better than Carbs & Cals - I love to try new recipes and NC is much faster at finding ingredients - you can save the recipes as well. Also a lot of entries for eating out.

You can set it to show carbs, fat, protein etc as well as calories. I choose only to show carbs and don't really take much notice of the calories (they show all the time) except when I've had the odd indulgence and gone "HOW many?!!!"

If you want to give it a try I believe you can get 7 days free. Thereafter there's a range of subscriptions, with special offers all the time.
