A while back I tried Nature Valley Protein Bars as a snack but they're quite expensive. I was then told that Aldi do a Gluten Free Nut Bar that's cheaper and is lower on carbs, then discovered that Morrisons have their own nut bar which is near identical and sits between Nature Valley and Aldi on price and carbohydrate. I now always have a pack of Morrisons or Aldi bars in the larder.

This week I saw TV commercials for a nut bar called Ahhh! Yes (who came up with that name I wonder?). Found some in Morrisons, £1 for a 3-pack with almonds. Similar to Aldi and Morrisons bars but nearer Nature Valley in texture. Also lower in saturated fat than the others. Had one and they're delicious!
