A New Hampshire nurse who gave a lethal dose of insulin to her brother-in-law who suffered from cancer has surrendered her license.
The state attorney general's office said Catherine George told police in Derry last fall that she had killed her 55-year-old brother-in-law, Randall Percival, by giving him 300 units of insulin.
