Hey Matthew, can you phone your diabetic team at the hospital or doctors surgery??
On my first diary for filling my blood results there was a number for novo nordisk, (they are the manufacturers of levemir & Novorapid) there might be one online somewhere but I don't know? Maybe if you can't get a phone number you should head down to your hospital to talk to someone, I see that you have posted a lot the last few days, trying to get things sorted, I hope you do just that and soon are able to live with diabetes dare I say it "a bit more normal" and with better control.
