Don't know if I'm having mad cravings or what? I want to eat everything in sight (I'm not) but every time I eat it's like so disappointing.

I had a ham on brown seeded sandwich at 12 and by 1.30 I felt starving hungry and I have just now literary eaten half a bag 150g of carrot batons with low fat homos.

Any ideas ??
 
I get like that when my tummy does silly things and I am king friends with the ladies on a very regular basis...

I'm like this alot, I used to have a ciggarette to take away the craving but now I have stopped smoking I am suffering this aswell.

P.S I was told by my DSN to have a glass of water evertime I felt hungry and that works sometimes, not all the time but sometimes.
 
I hate it when I feel like that, I find a cup of tea with milk helps. Nibbling a few nuts (not salted ones though!) satisfies some of the hunger. Make sure when you do eat, you have plenty of vegetables or salad as it helps to fill you up for longer and will lessen the effect of carbs on your sugar levels. For example have some salad and some nuts or seeds with your sandwich and you should find you don't get hungry so quickly.

Maybe drinking plenty of water would help - especially in this warm weather!
