Ok, here goes -
I exercise a lot and generally BG is good but very often during the day after a long session the night before or after a long morning session I get hungry - either side of meals. I fancy a snack now and then!
Here's the problem - I need to lose a bit of weight so what snacks could I have in between meals that don't have fat or carbs, no fish. (or does that just leave water)
Hope that makes sense??
