The Co-op have got boxes of jelly babies on sale currently at ?2 so thought I should restock. However, when I got home I noticed that the boxes now contain 540g rather than the 600g you would have got last time they were on offer - cheeky so-and-sos! 🙄

Yes, the Co-op has wine gums and allsorts too - wonder if they are 10% lighter than they used to be?

As part of my economy plan I thought that I would buy own label jelly babies. They were yuck!!! I decided that Bassetts were worth the extra money

Yes, I had to buy some own label ones a few weeks back when I was up in Yorkshire - not a patch on the Bassets ones (apart from the green ones 😉)

I find that I've never had to pay full price for Bassetts anyway as they are nearly always on offer and I keep a good stock in 🙂

Morrisons Jelly Babies are 89p for 227g.

There not too bad (nowhere near Bassetts quality) and not many white ones either...yum!

Nothing to do with jelly babies, but I was in Boots yesterday and they had reduce blackcurrant glucose tablets at 17p per packet. (I can tell you all now that they have NONE left today 😱 😱 😱 )
