Hi all,
I'm looking for recommendations of foods with very little or no carbs for snacking on? When my BG is high I get superbly hungry but eating carbs makes the high BG much more difficult to get down. At the moment I'm munching on cheese & pepperamis, but getting sick of them quite quickly!
Also wondering if anyone has any low-carb meal suggestions/recipes? I'm trying to eat low-carb meals to see if this helps my BG. My evening meal normally averages 80-100g & I don't think this is helping.
