Indiana police officers do not have to stand trial for Macing and beating a man they thought was a drunken driver, but was actually diabetic and having a hypoglycemic episode, the 7th Circuit ruled.

What does that mean...........he had a seizure through high blood sugar.......?

Seems he was in a bad way generally..........

The officers definitely need disciplined, he was obviously not trying to harm anyone else while foaming at the mouth fitting.......
