Hi,
I'm Feeling worried because ~ I ended up having a later than usual breakfast & didn't have any lunch or injection ~ I usually have x3 meals per day & x3 injections usually approx 4 hours apart ~ I will be having an evening meal

I don't see why you're worried? If your basal dose is correct you should have no problem with your blood sugars so I'm sorry I don't understand your post x

No problem whatsoever Gill, that's what you are supposed to do! There's no law that says you have to have 3 meals and 3 injections every day. Just inject with your evening meal as normal.

The only thing that I would add in that if you don't eat a meal, which absolutely fine you only bolus for meals eaten, but you should check your BG to check your levels just in case you need to do a correction.
