No/Low Carb Snacks/Meals

Hello,

Following the low/no carb thread I thought it would be helpful (well for me anyway) if people listed some food meals/snacks they actually eat which are virtually no carbs.

Okay I could look through a book and I know some foods that are low/no, but actually hearing from people that do it I think is more useful.

To start I'll add smoked mackrel and eggs!
 
Prawns ,Seafood , Chicken Breast , Salad , Steak , Lamb Chops , Pork Chops , Bacon , Gammon .etc

I snack on nuts and cheese (not usually at the same time!). In theory, you should be able to eat a snack of 10-15g carbs without dosing for it and depending what your control is like. However, some people find this sends their levels high.
