Last night I had a severe sweating with strong nausea. I felt very unwell. Checked CGM 7.5 so discounted hypo but checked readings this morning and in that hour I had a biggish drop for me 9.7-5.5
Could that have caused my episode
I couldn’t bear to eat or drink at the time so if this happens again what is best to do. Figure food or drink would have slowed the impact but I also couldn’t think straight.
For reference type 2 insulin metformin long acting HRT so night sweats aren’t part of my symptoms of menopause
Thank you

Ssorry to hear about your overnight wobble @Leigh1 :(

What’s your general running range on CGM - do you have 30-day average BG you can share?
