Hi @Chrissy Smith
There's many causes of night sweats, would need to know more info about you to even hazard a guess.
For example, blood sugar levels, what medication you're on, infections ?, hormonal imbalance, menopause in women etc, but if you're having these it's worth a visit to GP to rule out anything more serious ..

Hi @Chrissy Smith welcome to the forum, aaah as Martin says need a bit more info please.

The very best way is a consult with your GP. Night sweats need investigating especially if you’re not menopausal.
Yep GP is definitely required ...!

What's your BG doing when you have night sweats? High BG can cause it - but this weather more of us are having them anyway - just sitting watching TV the other night with the patio door still wide open 3 yards away from me - I had to strip off and was running with sweat - and my husband tells me I frequently throw the quilt off me during the night. My BG was around 6 so at least I knew it must just be the heat this time.
