Do use higher than daytime or lower than daytime basal levels? How differant aare they?

All of mine (I have 3 basal patterns, to reflect days off, early shift & late shift) start off on 0.55u and in the early hours they all go up to stop dawn phenomenon. Depending on what shift I'm on they vary slightly. I have more overnight in total, to stop DP. When I'm at work they can go down to 0.1u, on one of my patterns it goes up to 0.85u at one point during the night.

Do what works for you 🙂
