Kids are the most precious thing in the world and childhood should be a time of happiness.

But for the one in 10 children struggling with mental health problems, life isn?t so easy.

Depression, eating disorders and other problems cause many to fall behind at school. Their confidence is dented and they may even lose interest in their friends. That?s nothing new.

But how many of us talk about it at the school gate or even with family? We all talk about our child?s broken arm or chickenpox. But would you talk about your son or daughter?s anxiety disorder? Many would suffer in silence.
