The sun is out, the shorts are out!

However it always leads to me guzzling lucozade and eating cakes (and fruit), to keep levels up whilst shifting lumping and grinding in the garden. I didn't inject much for lunch either, guess there's not much I can do I never know what exactly I'm going to be doing next!

Any words of wisdom?

Cheers, hope you'er enjoying the weather if you have it...

Gardening hypo's are a nightmare, spent last saturday in the garden tidying up and for the first time didn't have one, give myself 2 units of insulin instead of 6 for lunch and ate a couple of biscuits mid afternoon.

Gardening/warm weather I reduce my novo (I'm doing my summer doses when I'm walking)

What's your levels been today?

I do reduce my novo also but never enough but I worry if I put too little in nothing will happen, I took less for breaky and lunch, haven't tested much just ben grazing at every opportunity been 3.2 3.9 4 and 5.2 now and stocking up on biscuits before back out to do some more hard labour!!
