Hospital staff faced an innovative 15 Steps Challenge on Friday - to walk in their patients? shoes.
Fifty members of Peterborough City Hospital and Stamford Hospital staff, including the Trust chairman, executive directors, governors, nurses and therapists, took part, supported by patient representatives and colleagues from clinical commissioning groups and Healthwatch Peterborough.
The challenge stemmed from a conference when a parent said she could tell what kind of care her daughter would get within 15 steps of walking on to a ward.
