NHS staff from across the South West are making pledges to improve patient care.
As part of NHS Change Day on March 3 staff are encouraged to make a pledge to do one thing to make the NHS better.
A total of 31,482 pledges were made in the region in 2013 and staff are gearing up to beat that total this year.
