The government's controversial plans to reform the NHS in England are set to be heavily criticised by an influential group of MPs.

The cross-party Commons health select committee is expected to attack an attempt to save billions of pounds while introducing major reorganisation.

The Conservative-led committee's report will be published this coming week.
