Sick patients are being denied pain relief to save money because of the Tories? ?20billion cuts to the NHS, a leading doctor claims today.
In an open letter to the Health Secretary, Dr Kailash Chand says austerity is endangering thousands.
He tells Jeremy Hunt that doctors are unable to treat as many patients as they would like and accuses the Government of going back on a pledge that cuts ?would be in bureaucracy and waste only?.
