NHS Pathway to Remission Programme rolled out to all England?

Does anyone know when the rollout of this programme to the whole of England was or will be completed?

It was supposed to be this month and the webpage has had the dates and area restrictions removed so it looks like everywhere now. Whether your surgery have caught up with this might be a different matter https://www.england.nhs.uk/diabetes/treatment-care/diabetes-remission/
