GPs and staff at NHS Leeds West Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) ? which includes practices in Horsforth, Rawdon, Menston, Guiseley and Yeadon ? have topped the NHS fundraising charts for Movember.
They raised ?2,584 in aid of the Movember charity which supports men with cancer, specifically prostate and testicular cancers. The ?Leeds West Mo Bro?s? grew moustaches throughout the month and finished November as the highest fundraising NHS organisation in the UK.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and is the second largest cause of male cancer deaths in UK.
