HEALTH bosses are urging people in South Tyneside to keep calm and look after themselves this winter.
The NHS across the North East is reminding people that many of the common winter ailments and illnesses are easily treated at home, or with advice from a pharmacist ? with no need to see a doctor or nurse.
NHS organisations across the region have joined forces to back the ?Keep Calm? campaign, which was launched this week, and advises on treating a range of common conditions by keeping a well-stocked medicine cabinet at home or speaking to local pharmacists.
