I've just found this YT Video, which makes interesting viewing
He has made several other videos, but I haven't yet watched all of them

 
At last, a Dr talking sense. NHS are completely out of touch as we always knew. I followed these rules in the beginning of my type 2 journey and look where that got me. Poor control and more meds. Shame on the NHS
