ONE pound in every five given to NHS patient care groups will go on administration, the Sunday Express can reveal.
Under NHS reforms, 251 Clinical Commissioning Care Groups will launch this April.
They will replace Primary Care Trusts and put doctors in the driving seat when it comes to buying care services.
However, critics have raised concerns about costs. In the first financial year the groups will get a budget of ?1.35billion for running expenses alone.
