Welcome to the forum @PIERREABER

How did your diagnosis come about? Was it after a routine checkup? Or have you been feeling unwell or any symptoms of diabetes for a while? Do you have any people with diabetes in your close family?

Have you been given any medications or are you trying to manage your diabetes with diet and exercise to begin with?

Were you told the result of your HbA1c? This will be a number above 47mmol/mol, but it might be much higher.

Tell us a little more about yourself, and fire away with any questions you have 🙂

Hi and welcome from me too.

Yes, tell us more and ask whatever questions are floating around in your head. We all know how overwhelming a diabetes diagnosis can be. How are you feeling?
