That's how I started off. It is a shock and you are not alone. It takes time to sort yourself out. But you will get sorted by using the forums and advice on these pages. They are a helpful and friendly bunch and no question too silly. You need to understand where your'e at in terms of your Hbac1 readings from your doctors. If you are happy to record them here someone will respond to them and be able to help and support you...take care.

There is a lot to learn in the beginning, but it's good that you have found us. Try and not overwhelm yourself, everything will make sense eventually.
What kind of advice were you given by your health team? Did they prescribe you any medication or recommend lifestyle changes?
