I was aware that the body metabolises Carbs into Sugars, a few years ago I had a crack at the Atkins diet, would you say something similar, i.e. Low Carbs, High Protein is the way forward?[/QUOTEwell I would say yes as it’s what gave me the best results, to be honest I would never go back to my old way of eating now even if I wasn’t diabetic, I just feel so much better all around and the weight loss is added bonus 😉
