Was diagnosed, this week, following my latest set of blood tests as being Type 2 Diabetic.
I have been prescribed Metformin 500mgs, One Tablet, Twice a Day and told to adjust my diet. I'm teetotal, so no problems with alcohol (although I do like the occasional glass of red wine with a meal, but only in moderation.
My Diabetes is just the next step in my ever growing list of medical conditions, which included but not limited to:
