Newly diagnosed. Finding it hard to come to terms.

Welcome to the forum.

How long ago were you diagnosed and how are you treating your diabetes? Tiredness is a common symptom of high blood glucose levels, so if this is very recent and you have just begun treatment it should improve as your bgl reduces.
If you have been diagnosed for a while, it could be that your levels have crept up and you need your doctor to review how things are. Do you test your levels at home?
