Hi Everyone,
I was diagnosed last week with type 2. My head is still reeling with all the information, but i'm sure it will sink in soon.
Trying to be positive..... it's difficult. Will be reading about your experiences and asking lots.
Jenny

Welcome Jenny. Knowledge and positivity are the keys! Just ask and we'll try to help / point you in the right direction 🙂

Welcome to the forums Jenny, ask away, there is always someone with a helpful answer here :D

Hi Jenny, welcome to the forum 🙂 There is a lot to take in at the beginning, but try not to get overwhelmed by it all. You can ask any question here, nothing is considered 'silly' (I once asked a question about nostrils!). A lot of our members recommend Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year by Gretchen Becker as an excellent starting point that 'brings it all together' 🙂

I look forward to hearing more from you.

Hi Jenny, Welcome from another T2. It does seem overwhelming when first diagnosed doesn't it, but every day you will learn a little more and will continue to learn through the forum.

The important thing is keep asking and asking - no question is too silly.🙂
