At risk of diabetes
Hello everyone. My name is Margaret and I have just joined this site. I was recently diagnosed with being at high risk of diabetes 2. I am keen to read all your messages of encouragement and support to remove the risk and thank you all for this opportunity to be a part of this forum.

Cut the carbs and you will be fine, don't let the GP/ Diabetes nurse bully you!

I was fully type two diabetic in November 2016, now I am just at the top end of the normal range and have been for 18 months - Dr Atkins was right all along - fewer carbs is the key, not low fat. Who'd have guessed?
