Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi, my name’s Robert and I have Diabetes 2.
I’ve joined this site to learn more about new meds and diet and of course talk to other like minded people. I only got diagnosed a week ago and found this site on Google.

Hi Roblaw79, welcome to the forum.

Glad that you've found us early as it can make the world of difference to have support around you from the get go.

How did you come to be diagnosed and were you advised of your HbA1c number following a blood test?

The following page is really useful to bookmark as it has links to some key bits of info that you may need along your journey https://www.diabetes.org.uk/type-2-diabetes

We've got lots of info on the forum too so feel free to have a look around and let us know if there's anything we can help with.

Welcome to the forum @Roblaw79. 🙂

There's a lot of information to take in in the beginning, so I'm happy you've found us. If you ever have any questions or need some advice, there are plenty of friendly people here willing to help, so just ask!
