Welcome @Cactris 🙂 Would you like to tell us a little bit about how long you’ve had diabetes, how you were diagnosed and what treatments you’re on if any? If there are any questions you’d like to ask, go ahead. Nothing is ‘silly’ or too trivial🙂

Hi inks I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 15 years ago when I went to the doctors for another reason, I am on medication and diet .

No problem - it sounded kind of cool 15 years is a good length of time. It’s an annoying condition, isn’t it, but I’m sure you’ve got a good routine going. There are lots of Type 2s here on diet-only or on various meds, so there should always be someone here to help.

You can, of course, just chat away or rant or moan here 🙂
